4 Months Old

September 19th was International Talk Like a Pirate Day.  Noelle of course had no idea that it was a special day, since it was her first ITLPD, but she STILL managed to do this and think it was hilarious:

She's a smart one, she is.

It was also her 4 month birthday that day:

What Noelle's been up to this last month:

Cookin' with Momma

Hangin' with Riley
Exploring Vedauwoo State Park
Wearing blue so that people can call her a "he"
Playing with Dad
Being irresistable after naps
Okay, and grandma Sherri got her this headband and I think it's HILARIOUS.  But I can't muster up the strength to bring her out in public with it on yet.

The End!

Newborn-ness

I didn't record much during Noelle's first month of life.  But I finally just got pics from Paul's camera.  My mom came in for 2 weeks to help out (couldn't have done it without her), and my dad and grandparents came for a weekend as well.  We made treats and even blew out candles for her 1 week and 2 week birthdays lol.  It's so weird looking at these pictures.  Her cheeks filled out at about one month old, and she's lost some hair since.  Oh I miss her little newborn-ness!

3 Months Old

Noelle turned 3 months old, well, about a month ago:)

Around her 3 month "birthday," we had an impromptu photo shoot in grandma and grandpa's yard/garden.  Who doesn't want to take a picture of their baby on a big pumpkin?

In a tree and on a fence.  Haha.

OH MY GOSH I'M OBSESSED WITH MY BABY.

Noelle's Blessing Day

Noelle was blessed by her father on her 3 month birthday, and it was just beautiful, and she was just beautiful.  She wore the same dress I wore for my baby blessing.  It was a very meaningful day for us because we had soooo many friends and family come to the blessing and the lunch.

She is one loved little girl!

Family

We took Noelle to Utah for the first time.  We had her blessed there, but decided to spend a whole week meeting everyone.  Biggest deal:  She got to meet BOTH of her UNCLES!  Yeah, it was pretty cool and Ethan and Abram are legit uncles and they were so cute with her.  Second biggest deal:  Our trip broke Noelle of her NoOneCanHoldMeExceptMommy problem.  It took a couple fussy days, but she let daddy and everyone else hold her by the time we left.  Hallelujah!  Here is the proof:

Our trip to Utah was a reminder to me that it is all about family.  Paul and I want Noelle to grow up with family.  We don't know how to make that happen, but we want it by golly!  Here are some more pics from the week.  We got to see so many friends and family that we love- I wish we'd taken more pictures!
